Here you'll find answers to the most important questions about your winter stay at Hotel Ariston.

All our offers include: access to the indoor pool (31°), outdoor pool (33°), outdoor whirlpool (33°) and relaxation rooms, open daily from 10.00 to 20.00. The silence room is reserved exclusively for guests over 14. From 18.30 onwards access is restricted to guests over 14. Wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and outdoor bio-sauna daily from 15.00 to 20.00, for guests over 16. A towel is included for adults and children; a bathrobe is also included for adults. A rich weekly activity programme with walks, trekking, snowshoeing and guided tours organised with our partner Hotel AlpHoliday Dolomiti (starting points to be reached by your own means). Trentino Guest Card (ski lifts excluded). Free Wi-Fi. Also in winter: ski bus to the Daolasa lifts in the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta ski area. Also in summer: bicycles and mountain bikes, also with child seat or trolley, free to use, and a bike storage with electric sockets.

In our car park there is a space reserved for charging electric cars, at a cost of € 15 per charge.

Our rental offers skis and ski boots for adults and children, poles, helmets and snowshoes.

There are two types depending on the period. Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival: if you cancel within 2 days of arrival it is free and the deposit is refunded 100%; if you cancel the day before arrival, 80% will be charged; in case of No Show, 100% will be charged. Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival: if you cancel up to 16 days before arrival it is free and the deposit is refunded 100%; if you cancel 15 to 4 days before arrival the deposit is retained, but can be used 100% for another stay at our Hotel Ariston or AlpHoliday Dolomiti within one year of the cancellation notice, in a period to be agreed; if you cancel 3 to 2 days before arrival, 50% will be charged; if you cancel the day before arrival, 80% will be charged; in case of No Show, 100% will be charged.

At Hotel Ariston your holiday is secure thanks to the travel insurance (Care4uHotel).

From 16 September 2026, our property no longer accepts animals. All bookings confirmed before 16 September 2026 that include a dog remain valid and will be honoured under the conditions agreed at the time of booking. In all other cases, guests arriving with animals will not be allowed access to the property.

The Trentino Guest Card is included in your stay! The card allows you to: enter more than 40 museums for free, with discounted entry to Muse and Mart; visit 15 castles and more than 40 attractions, including the Verona Arena; travel free on all public transport in Trentino, including Trentino Trasporti trains; get discounts on 40 activities throughout Trentino. The card is valid for adults and children for the whole duration of the holiday. Ski lifts excluded.

Breakfast 7:30 – 10:00. Dinner 19:00 – 20:30. Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00. Spa without sauna area 10:00 – 15:00, Silence Room reserved for adults. Spa with sauna area 15:00 – 20:00, sauna area and Silence Room reserved for adults; under-14s have access to the Spa until 18.30. Bar 7:00 – 00:00.

You can request an offer directly by filling in the information request form on this website, sending us an email or calling us. Just tell us the period you are interested in, how many people you are, the board type and any other specific needs. Alternatively, you can check our rates yourself on our online booking channel, where you will find the best online rates and can book your stay directly. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer (to be made in the following days to guarantee the stay) or by credit card; paying by credit card settles the deposit at the time of booking and guarantees your stay immediately. The deposit required is 30% of the estimated amount and can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card by contacting us directly. For bookings a few days before arrival, we suggest paying the deposit by credit card. The stay must be settled on the day before departure, by credit card, cheque or cash. American Express is not accepted.
